Fear & Insecurity   => become more Independent  (but we live in interdependent reality)

I want it now  => principle of balancing the need to meet today’s  demands with the need to invest in the capabilities that will produce tomorrow’s success is unavoidable.

Blame &Victimism => Be humble enough to accept & take responsibility for your circumstances and courageous enough to take initiative to creatively work your way through the challenges  and you have the “Supreme Power of Choice.”

Hopelessness => lower your expectations of life that you cannot be disappointed by anyone (Principle of growth & hope through out history is the discovery that “I am the creative force of my life”).

Lack of life & balance => balance & power of mind follow the person who develops a clear sense of their highest priorities and lives with focus & integrity toward them.

What’s in it for me => gratest opportunities and boundless accomplishments are reserved for those who master the art of “we” – with mutual respect, for mutual benifit.

The hunger to be understood => Influence is governed by mutual understanding born of  the commitment of atleast one person to deep listening first. The real beginning of influence comes as others sense you are being influenced by them – when they feel understood by you- that you have listened deeply and sincerely, and that you are open.

Conflict & Differences => Winning as much as you can -OR- the skillful art of compromise. Unleash the principle of creative cooperation – developing solutions to problems that are better than either party’s original notion.

Four Dimensions of Human Nature:

Body: aligning lifestlye to be in harmony with universally accepted principle of health.

Mind: read broady and deeply, continous education.

Heart: deep, respectful listening & serving others.

Spirit: recognize the source of our basic need for meaning & of the positive things we seek in life is principles.
